Karl's attitude toward Property Investment Manager is to 'maintain an optimistic attitude' and 'enjoys maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople'.

He understands the importance of the investments his team is entrusted with and works with all parties to make sure investors get the best possible returns on their investments and tenants have the most comfortable home possible.

Karl heads a dedicated team of professional property managers and is constantly seeking new ways to increase the level of their service and provide the best possible experience for their clients.

Karl has lived his entire life in the Illawarra with over 25 years in Mangerton before moving to the beach at Warilla. On the weekends Karl is often found with his partner and 2 sons surfing, bike riding or enjoying a picnic by the water.

What is your favourite thing about your career?
Every day is different and there is always something new to learn due to the variety of people I get to deal with.

What is your favourite family vacation?
We went to Port Douglas earlier this year and it was fantastic. The kids loved seeing Crocodiles in the wild and Snorkelling on the reef. So much to do there.

Would you rather vacation in Hot or Cold, and why?
Hot. Its so much quicker packing for a hot holiday, Carry on luggage is definity the way to go.

Warilla Beach, Great surf breaks as well as protected ends perfect for the kids.
