Property Access

To make inspections and photography easy, please confirm how our team can access your property (via key, lockbox, or passcode). Clear access ensures your campaign runs smoothly.

  • Complete minor repairs (leaky taps, chipped paint, broken fittings).

  • Mow lawns, tidy gardens, and ensure entryways are welcoming.

  • Clean thoroughly and declutter rooms.

  • Remove personal items to help buyers imagine themselves in the space.

Photo-Ready Checklist

  • Kitchen – Clear benchtops, remove magnets and clutter, polish surfaces.
  • Bathrooms – Hide personal toiletries, close toilet lids, use fresh towels.
  • Bedrooms – Straighten bedding, remove excess décor, tidy wardrobes.
  • Living Areas – Declutter coffee tables, arrange cushions neatly, hide cords.
